REFUND POLICY

We offer an exchange for any other item from our store depending on availability within 2 days from receiving the order. There is a 150₹ charge for exchanges.

We don't offer any refunds. All our products go through a 3 Step Quality Check to make sure that you get it in proper condition. We will only offer an exchange/replacement in case of product damage from our side.

What METALS are your products made of?

We have got a lot of 316L Stainless Steel & Titanium Stainless Steel options which are the best in quality. 

We have got 304 Stainless Steel options as well.

Some of our products are made up of White Copper and some are made up of Brass. 

We have mentioned that on the product pages of each specific product. We have a wide range of selection when it comes to metals. 

Are your products WATER/SWEAT PROOF?

Yes, all products that are made up of 316L Stainless Steel or Titanium Stainless Steel are completely water/sweat proof, you can wear them at the gym or in the shower.

Products made up of 304 Stainless Steel can be exposed to water/sweat for some time although you should use them with care.

Products that are made up of White Copper or Brass are not water/sweat proof and you should avoid prolonged contact with water/swear.

Will your products TARNISH OR LOSE COLOUR?

No, all products made up of 316L Stainless Steel, Titanium Stainless Steel & 304 Stainless Steel will not lose colour or tarnish. 

Products made up of White Copper or Brass can tarnish slightly if they are exposed to water/sweat for a long time or not cleaned once in a while.

Are your products SAFE ON SKIN?

Yes, all products are 100% safe to use on skin.

In about 10-15% of people metals like zinc, copper or other metal alloys can cause slight discolouration if your skin is extremely sensitive. 

NOTE: If you already have an allergy or sensitive skin you should only go for 316L Stainless Steel or Titanium Stainless Steel Products.
