SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Free COD Shipping. Delivery will take anywhere between 1-4 business days depending on your location, we ship all our parcel from Mumbai, India.

 

Products will be dispatched on the same day or one day after we have received your order.

You will receive product tracking through SMS and E-mail.

 

We have disabled COD to some states in the East and South of India due to high returns and fake orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can only cancel a prepaid order before it is dispatched. In case of prepaid order cancellations we will offer an immediate refund, the amount will be reflected in your bank account within 1-5 business days.

 

We don't offer any refunds once the product is delivered. We do offer exchanges in case you would like to swap for any other product or size exchange.

 

We go through a thorough quality check before shipping the product to ensure that you get what you paid for,  although in case of a defect from our side, we will issue an exchange/replacement for your product.

 

There is a 150₹ charge for customer exchanges.
