We offer Free COD Shipping to most pincodes across India.
All the parcels will be sent via BlueDart or Delhivery.
Your orders will be dispatched on the same day or the next day, you will receive product tracking via WhatsApp and e-mail.
REFUND POLICY
We offer an exchange for any other item from our store depending on availability within 2 days from receiving the order. There is a 150₹ charge for exchanges.
We don't offer any refunds. All our products go through a 3 Step Quality Check to make sure that you get it in proper condition. We will only offer an exchange/replacement in case of product damage from our side.

We accept payment via GPay, UPI, PayTM, Visa, Mastercard and many other payment methods.
We use Razorpay as our payment gateway to keep your information private and secure.
We also accept Cash On Delivery (COD).
WHY IS THERE NO COD TO MY PINCODE?
We have disabled COD to some states in the East and few others due to a high return percentage and fake orders. In this case you will have to choose a prepaid payment method.

Most of our products are made up of 316L Stainless Steel making them water/sweat proof, anti-tarnish and safe on skin.
Some of our products are made up of White Copper and some are made up of Alloys. We have mentioned that on the product pages of each specific product.
Are your products WATER/SWEAT PROOF?
Yes, all products that are made up of 316L Stainless Steel or Titanium Stainless Steel are completely water/sweat proof, you can wear them at the gym or in the shower.
Products that are made up of White Copper or Alloys are not water/sweat proof and you should avoid prolonged contact with water/swear.
Will your products TARNISH OR LOSE COLOUR?
No, all products made up of 316L Stainless Steel and Titanium Stainless Steel will not lose colour or tarnish.
Products made up of White Copper or Alloys can tarnish slightly if they are exposed to water/sweat for a long time or not cleaned once in a while.
Are your products RUST RESISTANT?
Yes, all products are rust resistant. Even the ones made up of White Copper and Alloy are rust resistant.
Are your products SAFE ON SKIN?
Yes, all products crafted using 316L Stainless Steel and Titanium Stainless Steel are 100% safe on skin.
